Freon hoses will be attached to system to assure normal operating specifications. Technician will provide new filter upon request and will provide a summary to customer of full analysis. Heating maintenance includes checking igniter and flame sensor and cleaning all burners as well as calibrating gas valve. Heating cabinet will be cleared of any debri or fire hazards. Roo's Heating and Air Conditioning will use an ultra-sonic leak detector check freon leaks and then use our infrared camera to check for any grounded electrical or hot spots. Gold package includes a one-time duct and ventilation visual inspection for obvious issues, loose ducts rips in insulation, and any other minor repairs will be included.
