One aspect that stood out to me was that he took the time to answer all my questions & he was transparent in the estimates for the installation. For example, I asked about what specific unit would be installed and he sent me a photo not only of the unit online with the specific parts that needed replacing but also of a unit he had already installed. The project quote was very comparable to other nearby competitors. I appreciated that he was willing to wrap the pipes instead of replacing them like a different competitor wanted to do. A huge bonus was that Ruben was able to do the install and pipe repair within a few days. Whereas, a competitor quoted that they could only do the install on a new unit but the pipe replacement would take several weeks. Each time there has been a concern with the unit, Ruben is quick to respond and always responds to concerns within 1-2 hours. In addition, he will send a crew out within a day or two depending on his client's schedule. He also accepts phone payments making payment an easy and quick process for people with busy work schedules like mine. Over the weekend my A/C couldn't keep the house below 80 degrees when I normally keep it much lower than that. I have an oversized unit for my size of house so it is no issue at all keeping the house cool usually. This morning I woke up to find my A/C making a noise but not running and putting any air out at all. I reached out to multiple companies on Yelp to try to get help and Ruben responded letting me know he could come out today and take a look at it. He came out and took a thorough look at the unit and preformed a full service on it as well. He found 4 large wasps nests in the coils while he was cleaning my A/C and he was able to get rid of them all which is huge for me as I am allergic to them. My house is nice and cool now and I would definitely recommend his business to anyone needing some air conditioning work done. Very efficient and fast response time!
